last night I was caught going on the I pad and when I get caught doing stuff I'm not meant too I get really frustrated and angry and also sad, and so this morning when I got up I went too see dad too see if I had a consequence, but I found out that I didn't get a consequence at all I found out that I got a consequence for my attitude that week, and the consequence was very hard and still will be because it something I like a lot... it was my Xbox 360 and the I pad. for a whole week so to get it back I have to be good...

- never go on the I pad again
- be good
good solutions however is there any other ones like for stopping being angry
